Our company has a long history of successful development projects across the United States, but recently we saw an opportunity to expand our reach to the beautiful country of Spain. We were drawn to the distressed real estate market in Spain and saw a chance to make a positive impact on both the people and the economy.
As we searched for properties, we were particularly drawn to historically rich sites that had the potential to make a meaningful difference in the communities they were a part of. That's how we came across the old textile factory in Sevilla - a property with a rich history and a bright future.
In addition to the business opportunities, we fell in love with the culture and people of Spain and are excited to be a part of the community in Sevilla. We believe that through careful development and restoration, we can help to revitalize this special property and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the city.
Project
Osprey Group is excited to announce the development of a new real estate property in the beautiful city of Sevilla, Spain. The property, a former textile factory with rich Spanish history, was purchased with the goal of revitalizing and preserving its unique character.
As a group with a passion for history, art, and culture, we are committed to honoring the heritage of this property while also introducing international concepts and ideas. The learning process thus far has been a rewarding challenge, and we are looking forward to bringing this special property back to life.
The finished product will offer a range of amenities and features, including a large photovoltaic solar farm, an expansive self-storage facility, a commercial-industrial space and a unique “art incubator”. This is a space for artists of all types to share work and ideas. In doing this we will develop the space to benefit the city and economy all while retaining the authentic charm of its Spanish roots.
