OPTIONS PHASE

The Options phase involves evaluating and selecting the best property options for the client's business. This includes site selection, location analysis, employee mapping, lease/purchase negotiations, and project/construction management.

 

The goal is to find the "best fit" for the client's requirements, considering factors such as location, amenities, and employee needs.
