OUR HISTORY
A Legacy of Smiles, Since the 1950s
Our practice has proudly cared for generations of families in the community since the 1950s. It was originally founded by the renowned Dr. Arthur Dugoni — the only person in the U.S. or Canada to have a dental school named in his honor. In 1960, Dr. Charles Bona took over the practice and devoted over four decades to providing trusted, gentle care to thousands of children and families.
In 2003, Dr. Bona met Dr. Kenny Tse, and a strong mentorship began, built on shared values of compassion and clinical excellence. In 2009, the practice took on a new name — Chompers Pediatric Dentistry — and today, Dr. Kenny and the team continue the legacy of Dr. Dugoni and Dr. Bona with the same warmth, trust, and high-quality care that have defined this office for over 70 years.

At Chompers Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we’re proud to offer exceptional care with a team that combines advanced expertise and a true love for working with kids and families.
The practice is led by Dr. Kenny Tse, a pediatric dentist and practice owner known for his compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality care. He’s joined by Dr. Laura Lim, an AEGD-certified dentist who brings advanced training and a gentle, thoughtful style of care, and Dr. Liza Heron, a pediatric dentist with years of experience helping children build lifelong healthy habits. Dr. Katherine Kieu, our board-certified orthodontist, specializes in creating confident smiles for kids, teens, and adults alike.
Together, our team delivers a full spectrum of pediatric and orthodontic care — all in one welcoming, family-focused office.
