We would like to inform you that the delivery times provided are estimations and cannot be guaranteed due to various factors, including weather conditions and restrictions. Please be aware that there is a possibility of delays in shipments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
To ensure your order is prepared for shipment, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. During promotional periods and holidays, processing times may be longer. Our shipping schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding specific U.S. holidays.
Customer Satisfaction and Returns
Your satisfaction with your purchase is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we encourage you to contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date to address the issue promptly.
● ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we will provide store credit as a resolution.
● For eligible returns, items must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unused, and unwashed.
● Authenticity tags on footwear must remain intact. If the tags are removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be eligible for store credit.
● Please ensure that footwear is returned in the original box provided and packaged securely inside a protective shipping box.
● All items purchased during a promotional period are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
● Pre-orders are also considered final sale, and we reserve the right to cancel pre-orders when necessary.
