John L. Sadler (Jack)
Director
Jack is the father of Rick Sadler, and he has been involved in Mission Link International since its inception. In 2015, his wife Betty went home to be with the Lord at age 85. Jack has 4 boys and 1 girl, 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Jack states: Though I have been retired for a few years, I have worked in lumber and building homes for over 50 years. I enjoy working in the yard and feeding the birds. The Lord has blessed certainly blessed our walk with Him. He has been with us through our valley and mountain top experiences. I am confident that Mission Link (the Great Commission) is a work that pleases and worships the Lord Jesus Christ because:
1. Because our son and his wife have put their whole life (everything) in following the Word.
2. We have seen the Lord's hand in this mission. How the Lord has taken a little and done so much in reaching the lost - teaching, training, making teachers and pastors of the people of Africa.
3. How one person (Glassell Williamson) has given all her time and resources in helping to keep Mission Link going forward; she operates the office by herself 5-6 months each year while Rick travels. This shows what one person can do.

Come join us in this wonderful work for the Lord. You will be blessed! We need your assistance both overseas and here in the Mission Link office. Prayerful consider being part of bringing many to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
Jack's favorite Bible verse is Psalm 50: Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: Praise Him in the firmament of his poer. Praise him for his mighty acts: Praise Him according to His excellent greatness. Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet: Praise Him with the psaltery and harp. Praise Him with the timbrel and dance: Praise Him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise Him upon the loud cymbals: Praise Him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
Dr. James Masloff
Medical Director
Jim Masloff, a retired Urologist, has been medical director since 2002. His wife, Jeanne, is a regular Mission Link International missions volunteer. Raised in a Christian home, Jim accepted the Lord and was baptized at 12 years of age and recommitted his life at age 40 at a revival service.

Jim States: I became medical director of MLI Medical Team at age 70. It has been the most rewarding period of my life. In my case, the Lord has saved the best for the last. I would encourage any believer to consider becoming a part of MLI. The calling may be to actively participate in our mission trips or it may be to support MLI through prayer and/or financial assistance. You will be a blessing and be greatly blessed. I can assure you that the needs are great. We cannot do everything, but we can all do something.

Jim's life verse is Romans 5:1-5: “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us" (NASB).
Garry Rund
Director
Garry has been a board member for Mission Link International for many years. His passion for missions is evident as he has been a participant on many mission endeavors.
Garry states: I have been married to my wonderful wife Jane since 1987 with two beautiful children – Connor and Kelsey. Employed since 1986 with the US Postal Service, I am currently Postmaster in Stanardsville, Virginia. I enjoy German cars (BMW and VW), college sports, coaching my children, jazz and Christian music. In addition to this, I am a Certified Dive Master (with over 1500 dives) as well as a volunteer firefighter. Having been on (8) overseas mission teams including Panama, Nicaragua, China, Uganda, Kenya, and Thailand, I am well acquainted with various facets of mission work.
I was a “good person” most of my life but lived my life for me. God was always faithful and never gave up on me. In 1993 I recommitted my life to Christ and began living my life for Christ. I have seen his blessings as He has led me these many years.

I have been blessed to serve with great godly men associated with Mission Link International (MLI.) On many trips and functions, I have personally witnessed God at work through MLI. Lives have been changed through the prayer, time, talents and monetary support. I am excited to see God building and growing our ministry and providing many opportunities for each to be involved.

Our brothers and sister (Rick & Candy Sadler) depend on your support! By partnering with MLI through your prayers and support, you can feel confident that the whole Gospel is being taken to the whole world. Come join us in this ministry whose ultimate mission is to glorify Jesus Christ in both word and deed. We strive to create an environment that impacts our own people as much as the people we are ministering with. We believe that when Christ is at the center of all we say and do, communities are blessed, and above all God is glorified!

Garry's life verses are:
First Timothy 2:6 -- ...who gave Himself a ransom for all people.
Colossians 3:23 -- Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.
Charlie Kardos
Director
Mr. Charlie Kardos has been a friend of MLI for many years. He lives in the Charlottesville area, and he is owner of a heating/air conditioning business. Charlie & his wife, Mary, have been on mission trips to East Africa with Mission Link. Charlie and I were friends back in high school (Lane High School of Charlottesville). Many years ago I had the awesome privilege of praying with Charlie to receive Christ as Savior and Lord. He has been on several mission trips to East Africa to help remodel our East African headquarters in Jinja, Uganda. Charlie’s love for Africans is very evident through his support of vocational training to help nationals secure a skill and a decent wage. He has also helped maintain our office heating and air-conditioning in the USA saving us considerable funds. Charlie is a blessing and a gift from God!
Glassell Williamson
Secretary and Office Administrator
Glassell is married to Ray for 56 years, and they have two children--Christi Lipscomb (husband is Randy) and Gregory Williamson.
Glassell wears many hats. She has been the backbone of the office details for many years. Her sacrifical service has enable Rick to be on the mission field for up to six months each year. MLI is truly blessed to have a dedicated staff personnel.

Glassell states: The Lord has been a vital part of my life since a very early age. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior when I was nine years old. Jesus is very real to me. He gives me joy and peace that cannot be found anywhere else. He has given me lots of opportunities to serve Him through my church such as pianist, singing, teaching, working with AWANA and mission groups. I love to read, knit, crochet and other types of craft. Christian fiction is a favorite reading for me especially Karen Kingsbury and Beverley Lewis. Another thing that I greatly enjoy is learning more about the Bible via Bible studies by Beth Moore, Kay Arthur and Elizabeth George.
Learning about missionaries and what they are doing has always been fascinating to me, and I have always had the desire to personally go on the mission field. Well, God gave me this opportunity after I retired from my 40-year position with State Farm Insurance. I currently serve God by working with Mission Link as the Office Administrator. God opened the door for me to get involved with Mission Link and to go on mission trips to carry His word to people in other countries. I praise Him for what He has done in my life and what He is still doing. It is a joy to serve Him as He leads me especially through Mission Link." If you are interested in missions, Mission Link provides an excellent way to serve either at home or aboard. There are ways that you can serve in the office by volunteering with newsletter and other office related things and/or you can join us on mission trips where various where your strengths, skills and spiritual gifts can be utilized. For example: On the the medical team MLI needs nurses, doctors, evangelists, pharmacy helpers, etc. If you like to work with children, we need VBS helpers or those interested in working with crafts, games or crafts. At times we need construction works like carpenters, electricians, computer techs, painters, other skills. Your involvement will bless other and be a blessing to you personally.
