Preschool Gymnastics

Tiny Tots

In this class, little ones will learn to explore coordination while working on fine and gross motor skills, concepts of balance, strength, and muscle control will play a large role in class. Introduction to colors, language development, and self-expression will follow along in lesson plans that will help your little one gain independence, start early socialization, and learn to follow directions.

Terrific Tumblers

Children will independently explore beginning tumbling skills. Classes will emphasize confidence, following directions, listening, and cooperating while using bars, beams, trampolines, and various mats. Children will learn to jump, balance, and roll while practicing taking turns and following a circuit. Must be potty trained.

Mighty Tots

This co-ed class focuses on developing listening and motor skills through fun games and gymnastics-inspired circuits on various equipment. The goal of this class is to teach social and listening skills, exercise independence, and coach basic balance coordination, and fundamental gymnastics exercises. Must be potty trained.
